EnVision Summit offers a healthy alternative to learn and network with exceptional colleagues without sacrificing their time with their families.

Youth Program EnVision Summit
Welcome to Camp EnVision!
EnVision Summit is a family-friendly event, and our Youth Track is designed to make sure kids have an unforgettable experience too! Children can enjoy face painting, games, toys, and hands-on activities that spark creativity and curiosity. It’s a fun and engaging way for kids to meet new friends, stay entertained, and be part of the EnVision community while parents participate in the summit’s educational sessions. The Youth Track is a complimentary aspect of the meeting, so kids attend free with a registered parent.
When registering for EnVision Summit, you will be prompted with a question asking if your children (under 18) will be participating in the Youth Track. Please be sure to provide their information at that time.
Please note: Children ages 3 and under must have a registered adult with them at all times while in the kids room. The adult must be a registered HCP or have an Elite or Standard Guest Pass. Pick Up/Drop Off Passes do not permit room entry.
Interested in Volunteering?
Volunteers will assist with supervising activities and helping younger attendees participate in crafts and projects like slime making and hair tinsel. It’s a great way to get involved, build leadership skills, and earn volunteer hours while helping create a fun environment for younger guests.
Teen volunteers will also have access to the adult buffet if they prefer it over the food provided in the Youth Track room.

2027 Charitable Event
Orbis works around the world to prevent blindness and restore sight for people in places where eye care is out of reach, ensuring vision problems don’t make it harder to learn, earn a living, or enjoy life. Around 1.1 billion people live with vision loss, but with the right care, 90% of it is completely avoidable.
That's why Orbis trains doctors, nurses, and other eye care professionals to provide quality care in their communities—and helps people of all ages access the eye exams, glasses, medicine, and surgeries they need to protect and restore their sight. We began this work over 40 years ago with our Flying Eye Hospital, a teaching hospital on a plane providing expert training and care.
Today, through partnerships with hospitals and clinics across Africa, Asia, and Latin America and innovative technologies to improve patient care—like our award-winning Cybersight e-learning and telehealth platform, artificial intelligence screening, and virtual reality training—we are making eye care available where it's needed most.
Orbis will be hosting an onsite raffle in the exhibit hall February 12-13 with the winners announced the evening of February 13th during the Rum Tasting. Raffle tickets will be $10 each, with 100% of proceeds donated.

Observing Ramadan at EnVision Summit 2027
As we prepare for EnVision Summit 2027, we recognize that this year’s meeting takes place during the holy month of Ramadan. We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive experience for all attendees and have thoughtfully planned accommodations to support those observing.
During the conference, attendees will have access to:
- Designated private prayer spaces
- Pre-sunrise food and beverage options available each morning
- Evening social events and food service scheduled after sunset
We deeply value the diversity of our community and want every attendee to feel respected, comfortable, and fully welcomed throughout the meeting.

A cancellation fee of 25% will be assessed on refunds requested 90 days before the start date, a 50% fee on refunds requested 60 days before the start date, and a 75% fee on refunds requested 30 days before the start date. No refunds will be made after 30 days before the start date. There is no charge for substitution. Substitutions can only be applied to the same conference and only two substitutions will be honored.
In the event of a meeting cancellation, full refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.
PER® reserves the exclusive rights to all recordings or reproductions of the conference and supporting materials. Unauthorized recording, by any means, is expressly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, recording of presentations or reproductions of supporting audio/visual materials, exhibits, and other supporting continuing education materials.
