Target Audience

This educational activity is directed toward medical, surgical, and radiation oncologists involved in the treatment of patients with GU malignancies. Urologists, fellows, nurse practitioners, nurses, physician assistants, pharmacists, researchers, nuclear medicine physicians, and other health care professionals interested in the treatment of GU malignancies may also participate.

Learning Objectives

Upon successful completion of this activity, you should be better prepared to:

  • Identify key diagnostic, prognostic, and therapeutic biomarkers that inform evidence-based treatment strategies for GU cancers.
  • Evaluate emerging safety and efficacy data from recently reported clinical trials on novel therapeutic strategies in GU malignancies.
  • Assess the impact of recent landmark clinical trial data on the standards of care for the treatment of GU malignancies.
  • Determine effective strategies to monitor and mitigate adverse events associated with systemic therapies in GU cancer care.
