Activity Overview

This PER® Spectives™ podcast examines the recent increase in the demand for dermal fillers and neuromodulators, and the corresponding increase in the number of products available for health care providers to use. In this podcast, faculty member Joshua Zeichner, MD, describes these 2 classes of agents and their uses, alone and in combination. He does this by answering questions that are frequently asked by dermatology health care professionals.

Target Audience

This activity will be specifically targeted to health care providers (HCPs) who manage neuromodulators and dermal fillers, including dermatologists, aestheticians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and registered nurses. Other HCPs involved in the management of facial aesthetics are also invited to participate.

Learning Objectives

Upon successful completion of this activity, you should be better prepared to:

• Describe the appropriate use of currently available neuromodulators and dermal fillers for the treatment of facial aging
• Identify patients who could benefit from a combined treatment approach or novel cosmetic injectable
